Hot End Jammed

A productive weekend with the long bugging trouble solved. PLA eventually was stuck in between PEEK and the tube. It was hand-force-stuck in both ways, in and out, and needed to be disassembled. PLA has formed a disc of 1~2mm thick in between, and it made the wade extruder to be harder and harder to push or pull, eventually stalling print process.

I think the hot end part has to be disassembled maybe once a month or two, especially when it feels like one of the followings;

1. Hobbed bolt eats up filament too often even with a lot of force on the thumb screw.

2. Filament becomes very hard to push or pull through the bowden with hands even when it's hot(220'C+).

3. Bowden tube pops out more often than usual

It seems like a good idea to print extra parts now before anything happens again..
